丁永杰，男，1978年2月，河南淮阳人，中共党员，副教授，博士研究生，2011年毕业于华东师范大学，现为常州大学、河南科技学院兼职硕士生导师。河南省首批课程思政样板课《分析化学》负责人，河南省《化学课程设计与实践》一流课程负责人，河南省《分析化学实验》研究型示范课程负责人，河南省“教学标兵”。
